InfinitiCloud provides Minecraft server hosting and related services. Our services include:

• Minecraft server hosting and management
• Server backup and restoration services
• Technical support and assistance
• Control panel access and management tools
• DDoS protection and security measures

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Be at least 13 years old or have parental consent

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with other users' services
• Use excessive resources that impact other users

This Fair Use Policy ("FUP") outlines the acceptable and unacceptable use of InfinitiCloud's hosting services to ensure fair, responsible, and lawful usage. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

5.1 Acceptable Use

• Legal Compliance: Use our services in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Responsible Resource Use: Ensure that your usage does not negatively impact the performance, reliability, or security of the services for other users.
• Respectful Interaction: Engage with the platform and other users in a respectful and lawful manner.

5.2 Unacceptable Use

• Excessive Resource Consumption: Avoid activities that lead to excessive bandwidth usage, server overloads, or network disruptions. If we determine that your usage is excessive or unfairly impacts other users, we reserve the right to limit, suspend, or charge additional fees for your bandwidth consumption.
• Prohibited Automated Systems: Do not deploy or run unauthorized automated systems such as spam bots, nuke bots, WhatsApp bots, Facebook bots, selfbots, "shop bots," or any similar tools designed to flood, disrupt, or abuse the network or servers.

5.3 Content Restrictions

• Prohibited Content: You are strictly prohibited from hosting or transmitting content that is illegal, infringing, obscene, defamatory, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Content Removal: InfinitiCloud reserves the right to remove or suspend content that violates this policy or infringes on third-party rights.

5.4 Security

• Protection of Systems: Do not engage in activities that compromise the security, integrity, or availability of our systems. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access, hacking, or distributing malware.
• Reporting Security Issues: If you identify a security vulnerability, promptly report it to us to ensure the continued safety of our services.

5.5 Enforcement

• Monitoring and Compliance: InfinitiCloud monitors and reviews content and activities on its platform to ensure compliance with this policy.
• User Cooperation: Users must cooperate fully with any investigations or reviews conducted by InfinitiCloud to enforce this policy.
• Actions for Violations: InfinitiCloud reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including content removal, account suspension, termination of services, or imposing additional fees for excessive bandwidth usage.
• Notice: Where feasible, we will notify you of any actions taken and provide an opportunity to address the issue.

5.6 Policy Updates

InfinitiCloud may update this Fair Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Services are billed on a recurring basis. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription services
• Pay any applicable taxes or fees
• Understand that prices may change with notice

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance when possible.

While we provide automated backup services, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining your own backups of important data
• Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
• Understanding that data loss may occur despite our best efforts
• Notifying us of any data recovery needs promptly

Our services, including software, designs, and content, are protected by intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to host and serve it as part of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfinitiCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use of services.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Your access to services will be suspended
• You may request data export within 30 days
• All outstanding fees must be paid
• We may delete your data after the retention period

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InfinitiCloud from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
